Yoon Kang's practice has focussed on patent litigation and prosecution for over 15 years. She regularly prepares and prosecutes biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent applications and prepares patent infringement and validity opinions. Ms. Kang also has significant experience in representing pharmaceutical clients in litigation matters relating to the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations before the Federal Court of Canada. Her client activities involve pharmaceutical innovators and research institutions.
